Stover Energy at 341 Gates Road, Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Last season I had them deliver oil and perform a check up on my furnace. Quick service and prompt arrival. This year, I called them to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old. Once again they showed up promptly to look at my system. I was told I would have the estimate by the end of the next week but it has been over a month and they refuse to call me back. I've been told the estimate will be sent tomorrow, I have been told Mr. Stover is out of the building and he will call me back but I haven't heard anything from them.

I am not sure why there was such a drastic change in service but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mr. Stover, if you read this and there is a reason for the lack of contact, please reach out to me. I would be happy to work with you to resolve this.
